Plan ahead! The more time you allow,

the less things will cost. Last minute changes can be expensive. This is true of everything from venues to flowers. Give yourself time to find the perfect items and locations at the right cost.

When looking at cost remember that the lowest price may not be the best option. This is most important when choosing a service company such as caterer, DJ, band, and in our case event lighting, sound and video. Your not just renting a bunch of lights and speakers. You are hiring experience.

Most importantly, be flexible. Don't stress over the little things. That is what you hired us to do! If it is your wedding, have fun. No one will mind if you don't follow the schedule exactly. If you need a minute to relax, take it! Weddings are a celebration, enjoy!
